I just ate a huge lunch without thinking how much it was and I am so sick. I can't throw up and I think I would feel better if I could. I've got the slimeys something awful, my stomach is making horrible noises and I feel like I'm about to have horrible diarreah. I am 1 year post op. Yep...diarhea.

Thank you! I almost left work to do just that but I stuck it out and it has finally subsided. I'm sure at some point down the road the same thing will happen again but I am really going to try! Thanks for the support, we have to stick together!! -

OK not to be gross but the diarrhea helped tremendously. It's like the food went right through me only partially digested. Still feel bloated and queasy but much better. I will try and not do this again!
