The same here, I did Inbody test last week and found out that I still need to lose around 12-15 Ib of fat and gain 6-8 Ib of muscle to be in optimal range. So, these are my goals or year 2 of WLS: Gain 10 Lb muscle and Lose 15 Ib fat.

Setting Weight Loss Goals
FCB replied to clippergear's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I don't think Bariatric surgeons tells what to except in terms of detailed weight loss. They went you to come in every couple of months and will ask a couple of question and will how he sees your progress. I hate going to the doctor and Covid19 didn't help. So, I asked a surgeon friend of mine(not bariatric surgeon) what to except in terms of weight loss in first year and he said if you stick to your diet and calorie intake on average except to lose 1 month: 10% of your weight 3 months: 20% of your weight 6 months: 30% of your weight 12 months: 40% of your weight and my weight loss fits exactly with this except for the 40% weight loss mark which I reached by 10 Months due to higher exercise intensity and really watching what I ate 6 months after surgery. My BMI was around 40 and I had no Pre-OP diet requirement, so I didn't lose any weight before surgery. -
congratulations! facing the same issue here. I'm around 160 pounds with BMI just below 22 and still have fat around my belly and mid section. I may try weight training just to build abdominal muscle to help reduce the fat in that particular area.

January 2020 Surgery Folks

I never had much of sweet tooth before the surgery, but the last month or two I will eat cookies/crackers as before bed snack. I am still under 1100-1200 calories/day with the snacks but I need it to stop, I do not want any new bad habits. I will try pushing my last meal of the day by an hour to 7PM to stop the cravings in these cold winter nights. -
You need to see the doctor immediately. From the warning signs my surgeon gave me it may be some kind of vitamin b deficiency.

My portion size was 8 Tablespoons(1/2 Cup) over 30 minutes meal time. When I first started I could only finish 5 spoons and get full or run out of time. By the end of puree stage I could finish 7-8 Tablespoons of puree food in 25 minutes.
