Hi There- I have been having the same pain-- I had my surgery in 2001, but the pain is getting SIGNIFICANTLY worse and more FREQUENT. The pain feels like a Charley horse on your side (not pleasant) and if I'm standing, walking, running, working out, even having sex the strong cramp/muscle spasm comes and I have to push in and rub it till it goes away. I had to pull off the road one day when I sneezed because I cramped up so strongly and the pain was so uncomfortable I had to stand on the side of the road and rub it out like a lunatic. I hate this and wish I never had it done, I need to find a NEW Dr. and have this thing taken out. I'd rather be fat than in pain.
