    I had the exact same thing after surgery. I went to the doctor, and it was Thrush... a yeast infection. They will most likely give you a prescription mouth wash that you gargle and swallow. After you get the meds it should go away in a few days. Make sure you go to the doctor ASAP because it can go down your throat. hope my info helps Amy

    Hi I'm also 1 month post op and for the past week have been getting the same pain in my stomach. Its below my belly button and it feels like someone is twisting and stabbing my intestines. I havent felt it on my side... just lower tummy and it hurts so bad i cant move. Glad to know im not the only one.

    HI Poma, Today is i month after surgery and I'm feeling good. I recently started to feel hungry again and get cravings ... so I am looking forward to my first fill on the 22nd. Since surgery I have lost 18 pounds ... but lately i have been getting really painful tummy aches. Have you experienced anything like that? maybe im eating to much or to fast. How are you feeling? Thanks for starting this thread... Its a great idea

    Hi All, I was banded on March 12, 2009. Physically I am feeling good. I am not hungry and find that I am eating very little...but I am satisfied. However the past few days I have been an emotional wreck. I am not sad, nor do i regret the band, but I am very weapy. Has anyone else experienced this post op? Amy
