i'm so glad i found you i to am a slow loser i thought i was the only one everyone else seems so positive at times it's sickening slow losing is so frustrating but alot of drs. tell you it's a slow method but then when you're not losing fast enough they make you feel like you are doing something wrong

i know how you feel even after going through surgery i feel that i am still just obsessed with my weight i'm losing so slow i'd thought by now i would be more relaxed and steadly losing weight i wish i could be of more help but remember you're not alone
-
i can't speak for everyone but before you first adjustment there is alot of space & the food they tell you to eat does not satisfy most people & since you don't yet have the restriction it is very easy to eat what you're not suppose to remember if it was so easy just to eat what we should we wouldn't need surgery to begin with we have to learn an entirely different way of looking at food, like any addiction relapse is a part of recovery

i wonder also if we eat enough so many drs. say you need to eat to lose weight. i track everthing i eat it doesn't add up to much especially when your throwing half of up but i'm also menopausal and i'm told that makes losing harder i don't know what to think going through surgery and still struggling to lose -
you are smart to think about what you are about to do. it isn't easy everyone thinks it's going to be so easy even though we tell our drs. & everone else that we don't think it's a miracle surgery deep down thats what we are really hoping for.this surgery is not the solution it really is just another weight lose tool.if you can HONESTLY know that this is the truth then i say go for it but to think that it's going to be easy---well it's not.
