Hi Lapbandkenner08 I hope you are doing well with all the changes. My computer has been down sorry i have not written lately My prayer are with you. I sometimes have difficulties with not being able to drink with my foods but i found if I drink plenty before I eat it seems to help. keep up the good work Orange.

surgery went well. trying to eat a bit more. need to learn to watch what time i drink... that i would say is my only complain. i like to drink went i eat.. and i need to eat slowly.......

do you find that exercise help? i am so afraid to eat the wrong things.. as i stated before surgery is june 19.. on clear liquids. i pray everyday for strength. -

good words of encourgement. i am having surgery on june 19. i really enjoy the honest respone on this site. i will come with concerns and now that i have support.. which is very good to know. -

i am having the surgery on june 19. please all pray for me. without god i am not sure if i could do this surgery.. i ask for god to be please be specific and show me a sign that lap band for me... my answer was yes. i will keep you updated..
