3 months after my bypass im having heart burn or a hot feeling in my throat and chest that feels like acid reflux. Im on tablets already for reflux. Im on a 1/3 cup till 12 months after 12 months go to 1/2 cup each meal If your over 167cm in height you should be having 1/2 cup each meal otherwise my dr says 1/3cup Sent from my SM-N986B using BariatricPal mobile app
