I have been taking Folic Acid. My hair has stopped falling out and is even growing back! It has taken about a couple of months to notice a difference but I am pleased.

HI. I would really like a band buddy. I had the surgery 3 yrs ago. My band got too tight and so the Dr emptied it. To be truthful for 2 weeks I have been eating all the things I haven't been able to eat for 3 yrs. Not exactly the thing to do. So, I have to start all over. It would be so nice to have someone to talk to for encouragement and butt kicking when I need it. I will be happy to encourage you as well. However no butt kicking unless you say ok. lol Thanks for replying!
