    I've just had a fill that is really restrictive which is great. I even struggle getting water in early in the morning. My problem is I need to take blood pressure meds and anti-inflammatories. I'm grinding them in a pestle and mortar but am barely tolerating the taste and am sure I'm bringing up more than I'm getting down. What do you suggest?
