    Hi First time posting here but need some support. I started my bmi on 31 and done 70% cut of my stomach. I’ve lost a total of 13.7 kg down to 61.7 I find that my weight loss has slowed down. I’m 11 post op. Is this normal? Should I be loosing more weight? Will I loose more weight? Please if you’re going through the same please leave a comment. Thank you x

    Thank you so much for replying. I want to get down to 55 kg if I can. There was a typo I’m 11 weeks post op** I have 5.5kg to go. Thank you for the support means a lot to me. You’re right my dietician said the slower the better and the higher your bmi the quicker the results will be. I’ll try changing my diet as wel like you said.
