Should I still have surgery?!
ecugsplgrl replied to lynnh's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A

SF popsicles, SF greek yogurt, SF jello, SF pudding, ricotta cheese with cocoa powder or peanut butter and sweetener, SF hot chocolate, protein cheesecake. try bariatric foodie for recipes. not sure what diet you are on but good luck!

These are elective procedures and the choice is yours -

What are you doing to prepare?
ecugsplgrl replied to Kjfennell's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have surgery Tuesday. I have read books, Bariatric Mindset, Eat it up, gotten journals ready. I have some protein water, shakes, powder, soups, broth stocked. I have given up caffeine, sugar, focusing on lean protein and hydration. will pack my bag tomorrow and start prep Monday.
