Hello!
I am currently 14 months post op gastric sleeve and the lowest I've been was 204lbs. since then , i have been stalling and my weight is between 206-210. Any suggestions on how I can jump start weight loss again? Goal weight is between 150-160. Thanks!

I'm 3 weeks post op and altogether i did lose 43 lbs.. but the pain is awful! i can't sit up or focus.

Hi I'm a little over a week post op and the pain in my side is so bad I can barely sit on toilet. I went to er and they ran a catscan and everything turned out ok. BUT THE PAIN IS KEEPING ME UP AT NIGHT . How much longer do I have to endure?

i dont know. my dr tol d me if i get really hungry while i'm on the liquid to eat an apple and that's it. -
