    November 2020 sleevers

Hi everyone! Is anyone still around in this group? Its been 4 years since my surgery, and what a ride it has been. I have had ups and downs, and now I am trying to work on myself a little mor and loose some more. I had my tummytuck done in April and in three weeks I will have my inner tight surgery. To keep the weight down I have used Ozempic and Wegovy. Would be fun to hear if anyone is still around and how have your been since surgery!

I lost 92 lbs, but still not normal BMI. I hope to loose about 30 lbs more, to reach normal BMI. Still feel huge, and my brain do not understand the big change that just happend.

So happy that I finally reached my goal of getting under 100 kg! That is a big milestone for me! I feel great and I can not wait for the summer, when I can finally buy new smaller clothes and feel confident in my new body. (Right now I am wearing my huge sweaters and winter jackets because it is soooo cold outside)

I am a slow looser, but I really enjoy the journey. I can't wait for the summer, I am pretty sure it will be great! Do any one want to show before and "during" photos? Attached is a photo of me the day before surgery and one 2 months later.

Hi guys. Getting desperat now. No BM since before surgery 8 days ago. My tummy are starting to hurt also. Will try some natural remedies today and see if it helps. If not I have to get something stronger from the parmacy. 😥

Haha.... That is too funny. My husband asked for Ben and Jerry's tonight. I said 'nope not today, your time to suffer' 😂 It is really hard to see my family eat all kind of snacks and yummy foods. But it does not bother me too much. My son asked if I could take them to McDonald's yesterday. A big NO for me. 😅

Auch... That looks pretty bad. But I think is normal. Some people bruise more. Does it hurt a lot? My main does hurt a lot.

No BM here either. Not sure what is normal or not. But I guess it will change when we eat more solid food. Almost no bruising at all for me. But I have seen photos in groups online, where the whole tummy was bruised. So I guess it is different from one person to another. Attached is a photo of my tummy as you can see I only have bruises dirctly on the insicions.

So sorry to hear that you are still in the hospital. I stayed two nights. First day was miserable. Also a lot of pain from one of the insitions. Also did a CT scan to check if it was a hernia because I was so swollen. But it was just swelling. First night at home was hard, had to sit up sleeping. So not much sleep for me. So much gas in my system that would not come out, giving me heartburn. Well it can only get better from here. Hope next week will be better. Can't wait to eat mashed food instead of liquids.

Hi everyone! I also joined the looser bench! Surgery at 1130 pm. Surgery took about an hour. But stayed in recovery untill 5.30 pm. I was really tired after the anasthisia and so neauseas. So yesterday was rough. But feeling better today. Sipping on my water. Might have to stay an extra day here. But surgery went well and my blood work looks fine. Thank you all for your support! I know. There is not a chance I can do this on my own. The surgeon is one of the most experienced in my country, so I should be in good hands. I also know that this anxiety come every time I have gone into hospital. Also when I was giving birth, I read stories online and was sure I would die giving birth. It actually ended up with a emergency c-section, will full anesteshia, they did not even have time to clean my belly before they cut to get my daugheter out! But we both survived! And I am still alive. So well, I just have to keep positive. Stop reading scary stories about complications online! And I am sure I will be fine!

Yesterday I was having a pretty hard day. I started to freak out. Filled with anxiety! Did not make it any better that I talked with someone I know that told me about all her complications. (Serious ones) Did go to the hospital today, had my EKG done, talked with the nurses and had my weigh in. Getting so close now, and so real. I seriously had second thoughts yesterday. And my daughter (she is 9 ) cried for two hours last night because she is worried about me being gone. Just broke my heart too. Hope I can get all the negative thoghts off my mind, and be calm and secure about this surgery. Please send me some positivity! I need it bad! 😢

I am getting more and more nervous each day that goes by. Only 4 days left untill surgery. Anyone else nervous? I am going in to the hospital tomorrow to talk to the anesthesiologist and nurse, get my last bloodwork taken, weigh-in, EKG and I feel healthy so should pass this last "test". I have also lost the weight required before surgery. I heard someone else did not loose weight and was rejected and the surgery was cancelled. So I am glad the weight is under control. Lost almost 30 lbs and it feels great! And I an so curious how I will feel and what I will weigh 6 months from now! 2021 is going to be our year!

I live about 40 minutes outside Oslo. Not so far from the airport. Where in Norway is your husbands fathers line from? I did not even think about that, that I will be having surgery first because of the time difference. 😅
