hey Im new to this site, as of right now I cant find a dr to take my insurance!! aaargh! but if you dont mind i need some pointers

I havent had the surgery, in fact, I cant find a dr. I dont think Medicaid will pay for the lap band. Does anyone know?? I have an icd implanted and have cardiac arrest issues, needless to say I have gained about 90 pounds in a year and cant work it off. HELP!!
