I had my surgery 9-25-08 My weightloss has been slow but mainly because of my own bad decisions. I have gotten back on the wagon & I am eating right & exercising again. As of now Nov. 2009 I have lost 47 lbs.

yeah it was very fast.. but trust me it slowed a lot.. i went from losing like 5 pounds a week to now 1 to 2 sometimes none. but i keep it up and dont let that get me down. . and you look great by the way.
