Hi! I'm a 30 yr. old sahm of 3 girls ages/ 6/ 3/ 1.5 As you can amagine I'm very busy w/ them! I've had a weight problem since 2nd grade. Done the yo-yo thing my whole life. I'm 5'2 & weigh about 210lbs. I am always tired,depressed,& my body just HURTS! I don't even know if the lap band is an option for me? Where do I start? My primary? Thanks so much!

Hey everyone!!! I'm so excited!!! :cool2: They called me the other day & said I was approved!!!!! my date is SEPT 25 th!!!!! They kinda blind sided me but I said I'll take it!!!!! Now I'm worried I gained some weight. Dr Vernon only wanted me to lose 5lbs {just so you don't gain she said}. I started pre opp diet today & I slipped a bit already! I gotta do better!

This is a good plan GET OUT of the house! I just started my preop diet today , Not likin it at all! My surgery is sept. 25th. I'm very excited! My doc said just lose 5lbs (so not to gain) but I'm afraid I may have gained. They sprung the date on me so fast! I thought I'd be waiting forever,
