Teri~great job on the 4 lbs!!! I'm losing very slowly! Even w/ all the exercise I've started. About 1 lbs a week :-( Slowly but surely. RIGHT????? I still haven't had a fill since Dec 22nd because I missed 2 of them becasue of snow storms. Now they can't get me in till APRIL!!!! Hang in there all! Hope your all doing well!

hey everyone! Thought I'd join to try & better keep track of my eating. B~ice coffee 2 sugars/ 2% milk 2slices turkey breast L~large slice pizza S~1 cup fat free choc ice cream D~2 cups of chic noodle soup I could of done better. I haven't had a fill in a few months because after my 5th I didn't need one for awhile but I need one now!!

Soxaholic~I have no idea if she does this. I've talked to her assistent & she has not metioned this to me. I guess doc V is very busy because she;s taking on another docs work too.

I guess I'll just go w/ it & NOT try to get a fill. I'm afraid I'l be too tight while out of the country & then I'll be in trouble. I don't know........ WHATEVER!!! I'll just have to TRY really hard to lose what I can. I'll still have a good VA CA no matter what.

Oh Tiny, that's so sweet of you but they did offer me march 30th . I'm leaving for my trip on march 28th though. I called doc Robinsons office today to see if I could switch over to him. I don't know if I can.

PS ~ I finally got the nerve up to RUN on the tredmill at the gym!!! Only did it a bit but I DID IT !!! I was surprised that my lugs did not bother me. My leg muscles got tired & I need a better sports bra lol!

I'm thinking on looking into a different doc. I can never get into my doc for a fill if I have to cancel my fist appointment. She triple books & has no one to help!!!

LOL!!:thumbup: Today: 3/2 elliptical 15 min tredmill 15 min (I ran a few times for a fisrt ) bike 5 min stairs 5 mins :thumbup:

Ok everybody, I'm getting really upset because I had to miss my appointment AGAIN today because of the weather. They can't get me in now till APRIL!!!! I'm upset because I was really trying to kick butt this month before my trip to Jamaica. I haven't had a fill in over 2 months! Now I really need it. I don't think there's anything I can do. Is there??

Yup! the diaherrea is normal! I wanna say I had it for atleast a week or more. Then I went back to normal. -
