Hi Boston Lady! I only had to meet w/ doc, psyche, nutritionist, & lots of blood work. Then I was ready to roll. After the surgery I'd say I was sore for 5-7days. Was very easy recovery. I have 3 little ones & was fine taking care of them. Everyone is different though. Hope this helps. :-)

Hey everyone. I'm having a hard time. I have not lost anything in months!! :-( I know I have not been doing my best & been eating the wrong foods. I feel OUT OF CONTROL again like the OLD ME :crying:. Last time I had a fill I was too tight. I know I need to buckle down agian but I keep falling off the wagon!!! :frown:

Page, No I am NOT eating the right foods at all. I'm not doing anything I should be. I'm being very "bad" :smile2:. I was not so overfilled before that I was throwing up or anything. It was just tighter than any other time. I was sliming a bit too. I was affraid I wouldn't be able to eat enough to lose weight. Now I'm not eating right anyway. KWIM?

Hi everyone. I totally spaced out & missed my last appointment for the 16th! oops! I haven't lost anything since then anyway but I was hoping she could put back in 1/2 of what she took out when I was overfilled. Now I'm thinking I should just bite the bullet if I'm a bit tight & just go back to shakes for awhile. I haven't lost any weight in awhile. ?????????? trying to decide if I want to go to the gym or not today hmmmmmmm.

HI everyone. I haven't been around for awhile. I need support! I have been at the same weight for awhile now. I just can't get my act together. I went for a fill a few weeks ago but had to go back because it was too tight. It was even hard to get a drink down in the morning. So, Dr Vernon took the whole fill out. I'm at the point that I can eat ANYthing pretty much..........and that's not good. I haven't had a fill since december! So, I thought that last one would go well. ???????? I guess I gotta just bite the bullet & try harder/ Hope your all well.
