Doing my daily check in everybody. :-) I have an appointment this tuesday w/ Dr. V. I don't know if I'll be getting a fill of not. I'm going to ask her to give me 1/2 of what she gave me when I was overfilled the last time. She took it all out. I wish she left a little in. Anyway, I did welll yesterday w/ my eating & I went for a 2.5 ml, fast walk. It felt good to sweat agin!!!! aaaaaaaahhhhh! I really need to exercise for my mind not only weightloss. I have been so on edge & crabby lately. I can't stand myself! I feel like I have 24/7 PMS. My poor kids :-(. Hang in there everyone! {{{{HUGS}}}}

Yes, I agree w/ the rest. What you put into it is what you get. I will be banded a year sept 25th. I have only lost 40 lbs. I have not lost anything since march but this is because I have not been doing what I should. The band is a tool & you must WORK IT. GOOD LUCK!!!

When I'm really tight I take the childrens motrin. You just have to double the dose. It can get expensive doing it this way too. :-) I here ya on the cramps thing. It's the only thing that helps me too.

NO Ibufrofen!?!?!? What!??!? I take this for eveything. I didn't know I should't take it. When I have my period I always take FOUR because my cramps get so bad.
