Well, I had a busy day yesterday :wink2:! Took my middle dd (4 yr old) to eye exam & we found out she needs glasses. She has had a slight lazy eye for a few years now & the doc says she's a little near sighted. So, we fitted her for glasses. They are adorable on her & she LOVES them. She wanted to bring them home right then. I let her pick out the ones she wanted. They were a bit more $ but I want her to be happy if she has to wear them :smile2:. Later I had my appointment w/ Doc V at 4pm. Lacie was very good. She slept for the 40 min right & was good in the office. We had to wait about 30 min in the room & that was a bit hard for her. So, I talked w/ them about my bad eating habits lately & my motrin popping :wub:. Dr V was wondering if my motrin use was why I had a problem w/ my last fill (SWELLING from motrin). It makes sense because I'm sure I had my period & taking 800 mg's for it :thumbup:. Dr. V left it up to me on what I wanted to do for a fill. So, I got 1/2 of the fill she took out last time when I was overfilled. I feel good this morning. I'm able to get my ice coffee down. I had a hard time w/ it last time. I told her I was not that happy w/ my weight loss so far. She said I've lost 40% & that usually takes two years. So, she's ok w/ what i've done. She also said I've done ok since I've been eating junk too. :eek: Anyway, I' m ready to do BETTER ! Have a good one everyone! :tongue2: Paige~ No, I did not workout & have not again since FRIDAY . Well, I'm off to boston today at 2:30 for my 4:00 app. I have to bring my youngest w/ me...... OH JOY! She's 2 1/2 yrs old so it should be interesting. Wish me luck!

Wow! It's strange that I have been stuck between about the Same number's too since MARCH :sneaky:!!!! I know I have been messing around & not eating right. STORY OF MY LIFE~:wink2:!!! I am trying to get back on track now & have been working out again :sneaky:. ONE DAY AT A TIME!! :biggrin: Today I go to see my Doc. I will ask for a small fill. The last fill I had about 6week ago was too tight & she removed the whole fill:frown: . I haven't had a fill since DEC 22nd!!!! Maybe she can just give me 1/2 of what she gave me last time. I think I could have handled it but I was not used to eating SOOOOOO SLOW. I have to grin & bare it. Going to go weigh myself..........will it be 182, 181, OR 179.8 ?????

I'm proud of myself today. I exercised thursday & went to the gym Friday night! :cursing: :scared2::cursing: Also, yesterday I went to a family cookout & did pretty well w/ my eating. I did my protein first, had only a few chips. There was so much food ! I did good. :thumbup: Anyway, gotta get in a workout today too~!

BostonLady- Sorry I don't know much about the protien shots ect. I know I did have hair loss after a few months. I think it's just gonna happen to most of us. Like somebody else mentioned trauma from surgery ect. I did get some hair thickenong theropy from my hair dresser.

Hi there! Just adding my 2 cents..... I'm happy w/ my band. I have no problems w/ any food & can eat just about everything. Which is not always good. I don't think I keep my band as tight as some people. My weight loss has been on the slower side but this is my own fault. The band can help w/ hunger but not cravings & "Head Hunger". I still am glad I chose the band. GOOD LUCK!!
