    The site is giving be a hard time today SUPER SLOW! I'm so frustrated!!! What else can I do to lose weight?!?!? I mean come on......I had weightloss surgery & I still struggle!!!! I am measuring , counting, exercising, what else do I have to do!?!?!?!? Sorry for the RANT.

  5. Hi everyone. I've been banded for a year in Sept. I've lost 40 ish pounds. Which I was ok w/ for awhile but I haven't lost anything since march. It's my own fault. I have been eating the wrong foods, not exercising, & just not following my plan. I don't need a fill, I'm not hungry. I don't know what my problem is.........I just can't get my head back in the game!!!! I feel like I used to feel before I was banded. Like I have NO CONTROL. I'm eating the wrong foods & I'm eating when I'm not hungry. Any advise please & thank you.

    Solids Stage Recipes

    ~BBQ meat LOAF~ 1-2 lbs lean hamburg I use 85% but it's still pretty greasy you can use lower if you can. I dump out excess when done cooking. 1/2 sweet onion chopped 1 egg about 1/2 cup bread crumb bbq sauce -I like SWEET BABY RAYS-honey I don't measure but I know I use a lot 1 cup -1 1/2 MAYBE 375-400 deg. about an hr oven. I crank it up to 500 at the end for a crusty top & put more suace on it. I eat 4 oz of this & it stays w/ me for HOURS!!

  11. Just thought I'd update. I am doing MUCH better! I have started exercising again & measuring my food plus counting cals. I have lost 4-5 lbs & have gained my motivation back! :wink: I have been using My daily plate. You list your food & it tracks EVERYTHING.

    PS~ I couldn't do it,,,,,,,,,,,I picked my scale out of the trash :laugh:. I'm trying to be goos today but that bag of chips is calling me. Especially since my scale let me down again :cursing:!

    Hey everyone. I'm a little upset today. I HATE my scale!!!! I had not weighed myself since sunday & did today & was WAY up again!!! I tossed my scale in the trash this morning. I HATE that thing! :thumbup:

  17. coffee/2% milk/ 2 sugars B~1-chicken sausage L~salad, ham, cucs, toms, fat free dressing, 1/4 feta cheese. D~1/2 c. meat loaf, 5 slices breaded eggplant fried in fat free spray butter & pam.

    Well, I'm quoting myself because I have some news to share. FINALLY, the scale moved FOUR POUNDS!!! I have been measuring my food & walking again. :smile: I tried measuring a 1/2 cup solid Protein w/ salad or cooked veggies. I have been eating lots of chicken salad, tuna, hamburg.

    Well, I'm quoting my last check in because I had to share that I finally broke that plateau. I weighed myself yesterday & the scale went down 4 POUNDS!!!! Finally after about 2 wks. Can anyone tell me about there averge weightloss monthly when your doing everything you should be (exercise,water, diet, ect)?
