Thanks for all the words of wisdom! I feel like an addict! It is crazy this food addition! I am going to share it with DH when he gets home. He won't be surprised... knowing him... he probably already knows! LOL He is great... wonderful.. kind ... supportive!

Ok... Haven't been here because I am not excersising and I am eating way to much food! I am trying to start over today.... I don't know what happened! It snuck up on me and I went back to my old ways..... I am so mad at myself!

My last straw was my granddaughter asking me why I had three stomachs!!!!!

I swim.... I ride my bike and then swim. During the heat swimming is the key!

Ok.,.. Tell on myself time! No color, not pretty pictures. I ate two pints of ice cream yesterday. NOT just one! I bought two .... ate one and then hid the other one in the fridge until DH left to attend a tax class and I ate the other one! I am only as sick as my secrets!!!!!! :o :o

I was flying back to Florida from New York last year with my granddaughter Shannon who was 5 at the time. As we drove past a sign for JFK airport she says.... "that is crazy. Who would name a President after an airport" !!!!! :o I tried to tell her the President came first, but she who thinks the roads weren't paved when I was her age... didn't understand.

Thanks.....They are cute kids aren't they! I was telling Paula that I don't know how it happened.... one minute they are little and the next they are out on their own. It isn't just that.... I don't feel old enough to have a baby turning 21!

Just wanted to tell you "peeps" to have a good week! I am going to bed. TOM has come to visist and I feel like chit! I guess I will have to wait for the papers in the morning to find out who has one the big game! I know it is a cliche, but I love most music. My IPOD has everything from Ave Maria to Alice Cooper on it!

You could get 100 different opinions! You have to do what you feel is right. I wouldn't do it for me. I needed to time to get used to the band and not think about the pain I am in from lipo. Even though the band didn't cause me a lot of pain, it took a lot of energy to eat right and come up to speed being a good banster. Good luck...........

I had a bad knee due to weight and I do water aerobics. It is great for people who have bad joints do the weight. Good luck... I believe it is never to late to start over!:clap2:

Dh and had the whole beach by ourselves, the water was warm... we came up "showered :kiss2: ) and he just went out to get takeout. Who has it better then me! We are working up and saving up our strength for the big game tomorrow! Some Dad's are going to be really sad on Fathers day! Morning/afternoon girls/guys! Kat: I wish I could say bad things about the insurance company, but IMHO the whole american health care system Sucks!!!! The Dr.'s are caught up with what insurance does, Insurance is caught up with the drug companies.... they all are out for the bottom dollar, not the patient. I can speak from my 12 years working for a drug company! The o holy dollar! Now that I went on and on... Kat you continue to be in prayers. I hope that your DH comes out ahead of all of them and that means good health to him. Eileen: I am so jealous! You get to meet all the girls! I am so glad you had fun. Can't wait to see the pics. Betty/Cindy: What a game. DH is mad at me because I went into it saying the Mav's would win! Boy ... maybe that is what the HEAT boys needed to hear to get their butts in gear! DARCY: WOW!!! GREAT HAIR CUT! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL GIRL!!!!! I would jump up and down that the Heat won, but the ONLY reason they won was because the Mav's didn't play well. The Heat needs to play the same way they played against Detroit or they are giving the series away on a silver platter! Got home yesterday from work took a nap... NEVER GOT UP! Good morning all. Where are y'all? Sleeping? FILL QUESTIONS......... Having a really bad eating episode! Eating everything in site! The problem is I CAN eat it. I feel like I have very little restriction.... 1st fill 3 months 2cc 2nd fill 6 months .5 She said she only pulled out .5 .... so what happened to my 2cc? Does that mean I only have 1cc? I am very confused. Should I get another fill?

Water aerobics tonight. I have no motivation this week! Telly ... you surviving the storm up north?

So Dr. C I have a question for you. I had my first fill of 2cc at 3 months on March 12. When I went for my second fill at 6 months on June 6 she only pulled out .5cc. She put in .5cc What happened to the 2cc? Does that mean I only have 1cc in there? I had tons of restriction right off the bat even without a fill. Now I can almost eat anything.... I am a bit confused. Should I get another fill? Thanks for what ever light you can shed on this.
