thanks man appreciate them comments. and u should do fine, its really not hard at all. just like anything man, takes a couple weeks to get used to, and then it becomes a breeze. wheres Ofallon, i went to college in st louis. we did alot of duck huntin across the river near Alton, and Jerseyville.

been cold and rainy but its back too damn hot. i got a golf tournament on halloween. front 9 during day then the back 9 at nite with glow in the dark balls and flag sticks. never played one of these but ought to be fun. i wouldnt like winter if i lived up there either. i had a shotgun shoot in ohio durin fall/winter few yrs ago, it was nice tho. u got any halloween plans....

i had surgery just over 10 months ago. way to go on da 40, and ull have no problem on the rest. keep it up, lookin good.

thanks appreciate the comment. doc felts is a great guy and even better surgeon. i havent had any problems at all. i followed his directions and it worked out well. good luck wit it, its a fun ride man.....

thx for tha comments, i was banded june 20, 2008. i started at 340 and im down to bout 190. i just eat alot of chicken and seafood. salads. nothin but water. i was workin out alot but i havent really been workin out anymore and my weight loss lately has shown it. but for the biggest thing was how i ate and i luv eatin heathly now. but if i can answer anything else, feel free to ask.

first month is interesting, but no serious pains or discomfort. def. lots of learnin goin on that first 30 days with how and what to eat and drink. but after that is easy. it all becomes a habit. plus with an athletic background, it gives ya a lil more know how on workin out and having the rite mind set to get it done.

thanks. only horror story i got man was wearin those size 44" shorts. the surgery has been a breeze for me. i followed the docs directions, and have had few problems. mainly just learnin how much to chew my food, and when i get in a hurry and dont chew well the band lets me know. i can eat anything i did before, but now i just choose not to. so far im very pleased with the route that i went. it absolutely changed my look on bein healthy. good luck with ur decision, its a huge step. but if u make the best of it, its well worth it.

well ya see, bucktober is my alter ego...haha naw, my name is buck and bucktober was the nickname that i got back in the day. i still go by it. one of my boys passed couple yrs ago, so thats why there is the RIP CM. the TBC, (texas boyz clique, not a gang or nothin, just what we called our group of friends), like i was sayin got the name when we all started hangin round and actin bad, back in the day. haha, just never wanted to forget it. damn, now that im outta breath, i think i covered the why/what/who haha.
