  1. thanks for the comments man, appreciate it. im still weighing in at about 190-195, so still 150 gone so far. its crazy to think i was basically carrying two 80 lb bags of concrete with me everywhere, but much better now haha. good job to u also man, u can tell u lost a whole grip of wieght. how much are u down?

  4. hey lanette, it feels great. but...im not completely the same inside anymore either. i have such a different take on life in general now. and i havent really thought bout how ppl have been treatin me, but yeah i can see that ppl look ya in the eye more, not as many hi and bye's. im sure you'll have the same success, and youll do great. thanks for the comments.

  6. hey gunner, i appreciate the comments man. its funny u talk bout huntin, cuz couple months before my surgery, i decided to not take the shot on a 180 class texas hill country whitetail. but i was weighing 340 lbs and had to hop out of the truck and run across a feild where ofcourse he stood broadside between two trees. and i had no rest, i hadnt made it across the feild yet, and i was breathing so heavily, i couldnt chance wounding this amazing deer. never saw him again, ended up with a decent deer but nowhere close other. dont second guess urself man, its the best decision i ever made. i just followed the directions from the doc, and here i am. no doubt, the first month or two the healthy routine is difficult but now i wouldnt have it any other way. and feel free to ask any questions u want dude. thx for the comments again.

  7. yeah ya cant be messin wit TEXAS.....but for lil cute ohio girls we mite have to make sum exceptions hahahah, jk. the tattoo should cover my whole upper sleeve, should be fun :(. is it gettin cold up there?

  10. thanks, i eat alot of seafood, packs of tuna, salads with vinagerette dressings, ground turkey. i stay away from red meats. when i snack i snack on kashi products. i drink only water, milk, and sometimes sunny d. i replaced bread with kashi whole grain crackers. ive been tryin to eat pretty strict, and now i enjoy it. as far as exercise, started out just walkin the dogs every evening, then i bought a heavy bag, and a all in one gym from a garage sale, and startin sweatin. holla at me if i can answer any more questions.

  11. xmas was busy but good, how bout u? i would have to say ur lookin pretty cute so i would change a thing, ur doin good. key thing to me is just consistently eatin rite, and catchin sum workouts when u can.

  13. thank you. first i followed my docs directions, then i ate really healthy. salads with chicken, or shrimp, or sprinkle some tuna (healthy but tasty dressing, nothing creamy). i've stayed away from red meats completely, and breads. i eat lots of kashi products. workouts...i hung a heavy bag, got a all in one gym(garage sale), and a jump rope. i usually work out 4-5 a week, 45-60 mins. and me and my girl walk the dogs EVERDAY. thanks for the message, im sure ull have the same success.

  21. they"re comin along, continuing on a texas theme tattoo rite now. had a texas with 3 skulls round it with a snake intertwining thru the skulls. just added a scorpion pinching the snake tail, and then its bluebonnets and cactus.

  22. say ur up in pa...my boy that does my tattoo work is from texas, but was workin up there in Pa and delaware for awhile, he goes by Creeder. u do sum nice work tho for real. hows that band workin out for ya.
