Thanks for the friend request! I love how successful you have been. I am down 125 lbs 7 months post-op. I hope to be at goal by 1 year. Do you do P90x? I saw the pull-up bar As soon as I can do a real push up I am going to start the P90x!

Great progress, having surgery wed and its great to see progress like this.

it's been pretty good so far..i've only lost 13 lbs but i have a hectic schedule since i'm in school, so it was kinda slow in the beginning but it's getting better & you're welcome.

how's the band workin out for ya? ya gotta luv the casino! haha.....and i noticed that, thanks for the comment.

i've only been banded since 1/4 lol. for spring break i'm having a girls weekend with my mom at one of the casinos in the spas & just relaxing! i'm so exciteddd i saw your pictures, GREAT job!
