Hello everyone I’m new here. Hope everyone is well 🥰 I’m just wondering if anyone can offer any tips before I go into surgery. I’m having the sleeve procedure:). Still awaiting a date but I just completed my last steps with pre op in order for them to give me a date. Thanks in advance . Much love and blessings 💚

Hello n so I am about 5 weeks out from surgery and currently not losing any weight. Been stuck at same weight since my two week follow up appointment. Am I doing something wrong? Is this normal? I started surgery at 240 pounds. I’m now down to 232 but it has been at a complete stand still. Any tips on how to fix this I’m working out about 2 to 3 times a night too. So I’m really disappointed.
