Askmehow, I get about 800 to 1000 a day if I'm lucky. But I do make sure I get my protein in, sometimes it's food sometimes it shakes. It has been a conscious decision every day. Some days I feel like eating like a hog and some days I don't like eating at all. I kind of thought my nutritionist would have addressed this issue but she has not. All they care is that I lost the weight and that I keep it off. sigh.
