Hi!! I just noticed your message to me...sorry. I never used this before, but I will now. I am so excited!! We're both going to do GREAT! This about how great we're both going to look & feel this time next year!!

I'm not really concerned about the staples or glue. Right now they can tell me they're closing it with masking tape & I'd be happy. I just want it done. I never even looked into the protein drinks yet. I'm a teacher & off all summer, so I'll look into then. thanks!! Talk to you soon!!
