I'm currently in the puree stage and about 2.5 weeks post op. Can I ask how often you guys at the same stage are eating? Congratulations, self payer here too! I had my surgery about two weeks ago, time flies right by. Make sure to take plenty of before pictures, weigh yourself, and try to measure everything. Same here! I'm trying for at least 3 times a day + a protein drink but even with that, I'm so scared I'm going to overdo it. I've experienced something similar to dumping syndrome twice now (I believe from drinking too much water too quickly), so I think I'm being overly cautious.
