How long ago did you get surgery? We im out of the stall took me 11 days but I think ive crossed that hurdle... ever been loosing almost a pound a day for 2 days so lets keep it going♡♡♡♡

Hi loves... im 3 months post op for RNY and Im having my second stall... the first time was 3 weeks out for a week and a half and now is upon us again... how many stalls havr yall had and for how long?.. im getting my vitamins and protein in. I know I could do way better with my water in take I usually get 50ish oz but Ive always been a low drinker and my excercises are a non factor I cycle about 40 to 50 miles a week... HELPPPPPP

Its so frustrating to stall already...

Im 12 days post op rny and I have not lost any weight for 5 days... im hiting my Protein and Water goal and I exercise (focused) for at least 30 min a day (the last 2 days I've been doing an hour) the only thing that comes to mind that could be why im stuck already is that my period is about to come in and ive always gained before it starts. Girl I have no idea

I havent had this insurance for 9 months so it really took me back that they were so efficient. I've heard horror stories from insurance companies that make you do the most. Lost cause or not its celebration time... THANK YOU!!!
