I have found the protein waters to be easier to get down. I like the Feel Good ones, especially the tasteless one. It genuinely is tasteless, I've even had it in coffee.
Hi. I had my sleeve done on September 5th and have followed the post open diet perfectly. My average calorie intake is around 600 calories per day with high protein low carb.
According to my bathroom scales I have not lost a single kg. I swear I can see that my face in particular is thinner and my clothes are looser.
Am I being impatient or should I have lost some weight by now?
Thanks everyone for your replies. After I posted I tried on a skirt that I haven't been able to wear for years and it fit so I am definitely decreasing in size.
