Girls I’m about to do me the deviled egg salad ... surgery was August 10th

Hello , I took calcium in the morning and iron at evening time . I ordered flavored iron soft chews from bariatric fusion and hopefully those would work . I think that I just can’t stand the strong smell and taste of iron . The trapezius pain was definitely a muscle strain and probably due to changing my sleeping position after surgery.

S Wait so did you blend it like with a spoon or on the blender ?

I am on day 7 as well . Surgery August 10th and yes I am hungry too ... I started adding pb2 powder to my protein shake and put it in the blender to make a real shake like pretend ... I have my post op tomorrow and I will definitely talk to my surgeon regarding That

Had my vertical gastric sleeve August 10th in California... on week 2 of post op liquid diet... will not lie it has been hard I still have cravings and since yesterday started with nausea dizziness . Today I started vitamins and threw up a few minutes after taking the iron ... not a happy camper rightnow

Today is week one from my sleeve surgery. I started with nausea, dizziness and pain on my left trapezius yesterday as well . Today I tried taking my vitamins for the first time . A few minutes after taking the iron supplement I vomited and now pain on my left trapezius is worse ... anyone relates
