Today I ran/walk for 5+ miles: 90 secs off/on with my Ipod...wish I could do it every other day but too busy with work. When you recover fully don't forget to lift hand weights since that will firm up the upperbody. And do squats too make the gluts smaller. When I'm at work I drink lots of water so I can go to the bathroom and before I go I do twenty-thirty squats IN THE BATHROOM! I try my best to incorporate something since I work 12 hr days. I'm a fanatic when I want to be.

Trina, the more weights you lift the quicker your body gets shaped/toned. You a Scorpio just like me--GET IT!

Thanks. I'm going to have to put a pic of me on here when I was looking like Humptey Dumptey. But my highest weight was around 265lbs, maybe more now I'm at 165. I'm 5'9 so the height definitely makes me look slimmer. No tummy tuck, I always walked on my lunchbreak now I run on the weekends so there was never any excess skin/flab. I walk on my lunchbreak for 1.5 miles then after work two days out of the week I'll walk/run. And on Sunday mornings I run about 5 miles. Thank God for Ipods because I get bored easily when it comes to exercising.
