I am down this 3.2 in two weeks. I didn't get a chance to log in last week. There was a few months there that I hardly lost anything. Very happy the scale is moving in the right direction. I am at a sweet spot, at last, 7.4 in a 10cc band.

I am down 4 pounds this week! I am excited!! I had a fill last week and it seems to be working for me. The kickboxing I'm sure is helping too.

I finally hit the 50lb loss!

I am down 2 pounds since the last time I weighed in. I had another fill a week and a half ago. So, I am at 7.2cc in a 10cc band. So hopefully with this fill I can lose at a little faster rate. My doctors is happy with my weight loss, it's only been about 1 pound a week. That is just the way it goes...

I am down 2 pounds. I had a fill on Tuesday. My band seems to be at a good spot now. I have been bummed with my slow weight loss. But, the NP says I am losing what I should be. So, I have nothing to complain about...

188 for me today, down one pound. I am a little nervous about Thanksgiving this week. I am still able to eat more than I think I should be able to at this point.

I am down .4 this week. I had my third fill on Monday. I was hoping to have lost more this week.

I am down 3.4 pounds this week! I am finally out of the 190's... I have been there for at least 6 weeks.

I want the scale to move like the rest of you. It's been a slow journey for me. I go get me second fill next Tuesday.

btw, I have a 10cc band that they put in 5.2cc in at surgery, my first fill they put in another 1cc so, I now have 6.2cc in my 10cc band. That seems like alot at the beginning after a first fill? I still have no restriction? I wonder if it depends on the size of your stomach at the time of surgery on how much they put in? any ideas?

I am finally starting to see the scale move again. I am down 2 pounds this week.

I have been one of those who haven't lost anything for a few weeks. I have had very little to no restriction. I can eat anything! I have been exercising 4-5 times a week. I keep plugging away... the weight has to come off some day!

Next summer is my 40th birthday! My two sisters and I are planning to go on a girl friend cruise...

Of course going to get a big family picture and lots of shopping too.

I need to start exercising this week, now that I feel back to normal.

I am one week post op! I am feeling really good.

My weight this moring is 199.0, down 2.5.

I am down 6.5 this week. I was banded on Thursday the 21st. so, no walking yet for me. I hope to get out soon to get a little in. My doctor doesn't recommend exercise for 2 weeks. Did you guys just walking as soon as you felt good?

I am so excited!! Getting a little nervous though. I also hope I have a speedy recovery, I don't have much down time. I am hoping Monday I can get around pretty good. I have had 4 C-sections, so I think I know what the pain will be like, sitting up, laying down and so forth.

I have to drink magnesium citrate today and thats it, nothing else except clear, sugarfree liquids. Hope I make through the day.

The hardest thing for me so far is not being able to drink diet coke!! It's been over a week!! Getting a little grabby My new life with be way better then the Diet Coke!

I finally got my date! August 21st!!

Now that I am an offical August bandster, I can now sign...

Wow, this is moving fast...I started on July 8 and will be banded 6 weeks later! yippeee.... I am glad it went pretty smooth though.

A little about myself. My name is Jackie, I have been married for 16 years. We have four boys, 16,14,11,5. I am a mostly a SAHM, work for the school a little. I volunteer alot of my time. PTA, Boosters, MOPS. Next June is my 40th birthday and I am planning on doing it BIG. Hopfully close to my goal weight, going on a cruise with my sisters to Celebrate my 40th. I have plenty of motivation to loose this weight!

I got my approval letter today! I am calling the coordiator first thing tomorrow morning to set my date!

I live about 90 miles from my doctor. So, they had everything scheduled for one day. I thought it was great. But, it was a long day.

I am still waiting for the insurance company to send that approval letter...I have been checking my mail the last couple days! Hoping today will be the day.

They said I should get a letter in 7-10 days. The coordinatoor had all the paperwork send in on 14th so it is now the 10th day!!

Hi, I am also near Minot. I am having my surgery in Bismarck, hopfully in August. They have a nurse that comes to Minot the first Tuesday of every month to do fills. Call the Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare at Arrowhead for details.
