Had my sleeve surgery on August 3rd...no hospital stay...hate chocolate shakes...abhor fake sugar...have a new allergy to peanuts...5 days post op and life is definitely different but no regrets! To lose the weight and keep it off...I will have to do my research and develop a plan that will work for me to sustain a healthy lifestyle to benefit myself and my family.  No excuses and no guilt! I will not waste this fresh start! And...I have always dreamed of becoming a runner! Big dream but it is a possibility that I am definitely going to explore when the pain subsides!
