The struggle is real. 4 months out, $$$ spent on digestive aids. This is what works for me .... fiber pills! I could not do the mixables but I can swallow a pill. Stool softener! A must. Water! 60+ oz. This combo is how the magic happens.

I’m 4 weeks post RNY and am having triubke with spasms. Tonight it was so bad I ended up vomiting. I’m on Levsin. Any advice?
