I am trying to gain so you all can be jealous 0 But trust me this sucks trying to put back the muscle It is so damm hard to replace the muscle - Calories 3522 Carbs 425 Fat 200 Dang avocados Protien - Mucho steak shrimp and Powders to high to count -
I have said this many times here! I only weighed myself every sunday morning. My joke here is IF you continue to weigh yourself you are going to end up in a rubber room with a jacket the buckles from the bank, wearing a helmet to stop you from licking the windows! In other words your weight will fluctuate do not let it play head games with you

Mr Alley Gator replied to melyg's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You will feel light headed heck i do all the time - My suggestion is to keep you fluids high. Lots of electrolytes as for the shake I truly promote making your own. Once you master that you will be so dang happy you will not believe it -

Yes i have during the whole journey mixed up food days and Smoothie Days. I actually prefer Smoothies over food. So no you are not weird or unusual - I can make a smoothie that is like 5 large meals in terms of Protean and vits and minerals. MRE powder is my go to even now

Become a Smoothie Master using Vitamins and minerals with protein KEY TO SUCCESS 2. F@#ckin Water get as much as you can all the time. As you can tell its a issue with me 3. This is a tool and you have to run the workshop. Use the tool to its fullest potential Enjoy the Journey Make sure you stop by the Male section -

Sad thing i had to make this choice I was killing myself -
I am going to take the drinking again as a Drink or Two Not dozens - I was told by my Doc to wait 90 Days and be very careful on switch addictions Food to Vodka transferring. I waited about 20 days and had a drink. I do drink and use it as a end of day put me out method. Not healthy but i will drink a few times a week 3 drinks max Vodka and Gator Aid and some juice. Never bothered me at all. But i do See the addiction effect being Now I can not eat 30 wings and a pizza at happy hour but I can have a drink. For sure be careful my doc was right, i can see how I am transferring the food addiction to other things. For example I will pour a 500 calorie white russian to get the calories, Not a good choice at all! I have mastered the food thing, Mastered the Vits and Minerals and smoothies, Now I am focusing on getting away from the Drinking

Why are you surprised some of us do it alone? I did it alone, just get Er Done is my attitude. Son dropped me off at the hospital Snip Snip and back to the room and out the next morning. I find hospitals creepy and weird so did not want to bother others. But that is just me and I like to do things on my own. I slipped into a hospital got a Stint and out without even telling my kids or wife. They had finals and we were separated at the time. But I agree if you want someone there do it, whatever makes this journey easier Do it ........ Its you Time now

I was in the same boat and it only took a good buddy dying in his sleep at 48 just a few hours after i left his house. Then a Trip thru NCH Naples Community Hospital Cardio ward to realize F@#ck I have played way to hard and at 377 going to be dead and leave to kids and a wife and a company in shambles. I did not even hesitate made the initial and one week later was done. Best money I have ever spent. So my advice to you is read you quote above! You have 5 kids that need you and the course you are on will end you up in a Urn much quicker. FYI Once i lost all the weight I no longer need any blood pressure meds at all. This is a tool and once given the tool you have to run the workshop. I found it to be challenging at times but once you get the hang of it No problem. Its just food! No way is it worth more then you family. Reach out anytime - Trust me there is some great people here who are paying it forward -
