I struggled with this as well the chewables I will put them in a little bit of water to dilute them or juice it did help but honestly the vitamins were the worst part for me

Completely right im honestly very happy know. I was so nervous before surgery but im taking everything one step at a time

I really did appreciate reading this! Im 2 months out and im starting to feel myself again so now that im back to my normal schedule adding in the heavier workouts is doable. Im still a long way from my goal weight but honestly im just enjoying every step instead of worrying about things like that (that are so far away)

Im 2 months out and feel great we’ll see how things go down the line

Hello😊 I'm still in the liquid diet faze and i am extremely excited to start this journey, my surgery is in a couple days; but honestly all i can think about is the fact that when i lose all this weight my body will be completely different... yes i will be thinner... but what about all the saggy skin after, as well as my boobs what will happen to them... i am single right now and i dont have any kids... but im scared of the future, how will everything look feel, be after all this. I am a confident person for the most part and never had issues with guys... but dating post weight loss scares me... ANY ADVICE ?
