hello ! your not too fat lol .. i was 217 and im now 196 i had the surgeryon sept 29th i thoughht it would just fall off ! but its actually still work , i am a kind of stopping part or something .. started to excercise , lets see if that works .. ill be here to help , lets be friend s, it looks like we have lots in common

i kinda dont feel restriction either .. but i dont eat anything like i used to .. geesh , my scale hasnt moved in a while since i was sick and it looked like i gained omg maybe i need another fill .. i may have freaked my doc outthe first fill cause i sweari could fel it ightening afterwards im not really hungry but i eat and dont feel that much restriction i excercised today and i hope i didnt screw anything up with my port by excercising my laterals

i can eat everything just about .. im trying to stay with mostly protein , but i had oatmeal , beans , eggs , fish , salad , just about anything .. no bread .. but still not alot of weight loss either lately

i think we have a 9 cc band at least i do , in a realize band .. and i have 3 ccs in my fill .i understand about waiting but i think i would want to continue losing the weight now .. i have a freind that GAINED weight and i dont wanna do that .. lol

Hey Chacka , I am alomost exactly like u ! Do you think you need another fill ? I only got stuck once . I am totally at a plataeu. I lost some weight while sick , but gained it back and have been the same .. when are we up for another fill ? I had mine nov 6 . surgery sept 29 .. take care girl

hello all samurais ! i am down about 24 lbs and finally in onederland at 194 , but amazed i can be 197 at night .. ? anyway i feel much better , but one thing is .. i started getting this terrible breath ;( lol .. im sooo embarrased i hope its only me that can tell , but i bet if i can tell , so can everyone else ! i hear its ketosis .. what in the world ??? does anyomne else get this ?

hello paul! how are you ?? i havent heard from you in forever ! i am doing wonderful now and everything you said was true ! muah !!!! i have lost alomost 17 lbs and am feeling great blood sugar is much better and i feel like i have more energy .. everyone says i will lose my hair ! i hope i dont lose my hair !!! did you ?

it feels almaost an egg shape to me as well . on my left side .. right on my waist line .. hmm ? wont that be great tomarrow when i try to get dressed for work.i have to actually hold my "egg" to sit or walk . i thought that wearing some control top undies would help ? nooooooo it hurt like the dickens . anyway , mabe some gentle support granny panties will work lol

me too exactly .. as far as back pain , try a heating pad .. does wonders with some tylenol , for me it was lower back .. i am wondering if it may be monthly weight gain ? im thinkin its about that time 4 me

which shakes do you use with 20 grams of protein ? mine have like 8 -
good ! i am so glad everything went well ! i had the surgery on the 29th and am home . had to stay 1 nite at the hosp . but i am glad to say 9 lbs lost and still not hungry isnt that a good feeling ? now my thing is this swelling too .. hurts doesnt it ? im wobbling around the house lol anyway getting enough water and trying to burp is another feat 4 now .. keep me in touch

omg .. yes , it feels like my c sec 12 years ago ! my port i have to hold to walk , i had surgery 2 days ago , but i am so very swollen , just walkin around the house a bit and lying down seems to help . they gave me a pnumonia vaccine and my arm hurts so bad ! i am thankful it seems like everything went the way it should , im 9 lbs down and i am a low bmi er myself . i was mainly getting this surgery to reduce my diabetes .. hope hings are great 4 u back at work . i am going to try to get in on monday .. wish me luck

Everything for a reson pooh . God bless you and have a quick recovery and stay positive . you had alot of nutr classes and can still putthem to use for a suceess . use your resourses. you are a smart and beautiful young woman with or without a band -
hey !!! I was banded yesterday ! Thanks for all the prayers . The surgery went great . I am so very thankful and i hope to get off my diabetes med , but so far no . The pain still hurts but getting better . Not hungry at all thats 4 sure . Gettig around slow , but can walk .hard to get up out of bed . So glad to hear everyone is doing well .. What an experience :thumbdown:
