ok .. i got carnation instant breakfast s/f, 6 times a day and beef broth , chicken broth , as much as u want , and u know the rest .. a chewable multi vitamin . loys of water .. i am cheating today , and tomarrow i am starting again on liquids till mon am . .i lost 5 lbs in 5 days last week and i got off the wagon because i wanted to eat .. but tomarrow i get back on .. i have to get back to the store as well
