    Physiological evaluation

I had to have a physiological exam before I had sleeve surgery. They wanted to make sure I was mentally fit for the surgery. Any surgery that is body changing is hard on a person and they want to make sure that you can handle it and have a support system in place. When I had surgery I had what I thought was a strong support system. 3 weeks after surgery my family decided to move out of state suddenly. Luckily I still have my roommate who helps me with everything and a emotional support cat to play with. Sent from my LM-V350 using BariatricPal mobile app

  4. I had surgery 4 weeks ago. I am 38 years old. 5'11 now 6 months ago I was 6'1 but 2 back surgerys shrunk me. I weighed 327 lbs on the day of surgery. As of yesterday I weigh 300lbs. My weight loss was slow because for two weeks I couldn't get water down and anything I ate I was throwing up. It takes time for the body to figure out what is going on. Today I tried to eat scrambled egg and got a migraine and was sick again. Don't know if it was the egg or the oil. Sent from my LM-V350 using BariatricPal mobile app
  5. Hi I am new here. I had Gastric sleeve surgery on June 18,2020. In December when I first started seeing the Dr. I weighed 340lbs. By my surgery date I was 327lbs. As of last Monday I weighed 301lbs. I am 6'1". I was told to have the surgery or become paralyzed from the weight collapsing my spine. I started soft foods this week but am struggling to get the 80grams of Protein a day. This is a picture of me when I was about 345lbs. Sent from my LM-V350 using BariatricPal mobile app
