Ricotta cheese while having high protein, also has high calorie count. I stuck with tuna for the first week and quickly got tired of it. Just dry canned tuna (with whatever water juices were there in a can) ehh, but then next week I decided to add little BBQ sauce, made it kinda taste like pulled pork, that and some light mayo got me through another week and then it was more variety.
