Hi all. I plan to have a ESG less invasive than the MGB. Based on my readings it seems that the diet with ESG is more open. I mean also if the doses will be smaller they are no lack of vitamine as the food pass normally through the bowel. Could someone confirm that? And after how many days or week can I strart to eat normal food. Thanks

Hello. I am 48 and plan to have the ESG done. Compare to the Mini Gasric Bypass could someone give me some info on diet. On my understanding the diet is easier with ESG as I can eat quite everything but on small doses. CORRECT? THANKS
