Push thru.. by day 4 you will be feeling much better. You are probably dealing with some withdrawals from sugar or caffeine:) That was my worst day. Today is day 7- down almost 10lbs. Have good energy and finished all my preop testing this morning. Except COVID that’s Monday... you got this. I was allowed to take meds for the headache like Tylenol and allege but sure if you are but it did help. -

Emily, I am so sorry to hear that! Mine was postponed several times and it was very difficult to keep the faith and my Momentum forward. You my friend are a nurse and Nurses gave us all hope during this pandemic . Use us to pull you thru!! Prayers being sent your way! -

Look into peanut butter protein powder:) it is awesome when mixed with the protein shakes... may help down 7lbs in day 5 ... never thought I’d make it past day 2 after Diet Coke caffeine withdrawal. But thanks to the posts here I pushed through it. Preop on Wed and surgery next Wednesday. Finally here and I am so excited! -

That seems unfair but I am Happy for you that you did it!! I drink Premier Protein and it’s not bad. You can buy it pretty much anywhere. Lots of flavors too! Sending you positive thoughts for Thursday. I have preop testing on the first and surgery on the 8th. Hoping all goes well -

Wow that is restricted but you got this! By day 4 you will have energy push thru it. Day 2/3 is the worst Don’t let it win! Walk.swim, sing, laugh, paint, dance when I get hungry I picture what it will be like and how happy I will be. Keep busy and the days will fly. -

Just got the date of July 8th after two postponements .. excited and just started liquid preop diet. -
