66 yrs. old.  Did research for wt loss.  Awaiting surgery date.  Due to morbid obesity status.  Made attempts to decrease wt. with yo yo to no wt loss.  Was told due to aging everything slows down.  Desire to feel healthy by meeting my goal of 198 to 118 after the gastric bypass surgery, eat healthy and be healthy.  To avoid family hx of HBP, DM, CA, sleep apnea, etc.  Presently feel anxious, scared while waiting for surgery date after optifast process.  Will continue wt training, cardio around 6 wks with dr approval.
