    I ordered Syntrax Nectar protein shake powders on Amazon.  They taste decent and have good protein amounts, and sip bone broth throughout the day, I am day 5 post-op today, Still having some discomfort but doing well

    Had my sleeve done June 18th, Clear liquid stage, and still having some gas pains from the lap sites, and some incisional discomfort. But excited for the future.
