My surgery was the 26th and I’m still on my liquid diet. I can drink water and Powerade just fine, but when I try to drink a protein shake I instantly get nauseated. I am not getting nearly the protein I shod be

Had surgery on the 26th and still have not had a BM. I am having issues with nausea. I can drink water and Powerade fine, but when I start drinking my premier protein I instantly start getting nauseated. I am trying to get at least 60g of protein but it is not easy. I haven’t tried broth or anything else yet

So not the pill form? Guess I will have to rough it tonight and try to find chewable gasx tomorrow. Thank you

I had my surgery on June 26th and came home today. The gas pain is very uncomfortable and the biggest incision hurts when I twist or cough. They didn’t give me anything for the gas pains, so not sure if I am able to take gas-x or not.

My surgery is Friday and I caved in today and ate a little. I’ve been so good at my liquid diet, but I am not sure if it was emotional eating or just the thought I wouldn’t be wasting normally ever again. I hope I didn’t screw myself

First time poster. I have my sleeve scheduled for June 26th. Just finished my 1st week of liquid diet and it’s not been easy. Lost 10lbs, but I’m wanting to eat so bad, but always afraid of the doctor rescheduling due to not enough liver shrinking....
