I am still researching doctors and the one that I want to schedule with requires a passport (mine expired this week!) and the passport office is closed in Seattle. There are two doctors I am researching that do not require one, but one has a very negative review on this site and the other has no recent reviews (Dr. Pedro Kuri) who seems a bit old and may not be recently certified. Any recommendations for surgeons who will take an enhanced driver's license from Washington State??

I am following and considering surgery in Mexico. My insurance does not cover band removal or new surgery.
