2.5 weeks from surgery and the nerves are REAL!
Tim C replied to JaysWife's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I would find out who the person is that is submitting this to your insurance company and email it directly to them, I would copy her boss or the office manager as well. Highlight those weights and dates. Ask her if she needs anything else. You have what you need it sounds like to me. Don't play nice. Get agressive. -
This Pre-op diet is a b$@!:

I buy the Body Fortress or Premeir Protein at Walmart, pre mixed. If you have a bullet put in your protein drink or half of the Body Fortress, a scoop of whey protein on top, scoop of Collgen protein and half carton of triple Zero Yogart. Fill the rest with crushed ice and blend. I think they are delicious. I drink 2 of these a day but dont put the protein powder in the second one. -
OH WOW! No way I am getting in that amount of calories for a while unless I have some bourbon!

My wife is not much of a FF fan. Chick Fil A is about it for her. She wants to be seted and served. Yeah I will tag a long and get an appetizer or salad. Just not a big deal to me but she likes it so we will go! -

How long until you felt like you could go back to work?
Tim C replied to newyorklady20's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes this is absolutely doable. I work from home but was back in my office 2 days after surgrery. This may not be common but I had no pain once I got the gas out of me and this has really been incredibly uneventful. -

I am told Bariatric Advantage. Your Doctor should have a calendar of when to begin taking what. -

You can do it! Dr Miles & Schmidt in Bham would not have required this I do not believe. Don't give up. If you are having the Sleeve when you wake up and leave the hospital no more hunger! -

NO! If you have the documentation then you send it to someone specifically and call them and ask if the have everything they need. That is BS! Don't give up. That is what they want you to do. -
