I am only 2 weeks post op but I love my shakes! Body Fortress 40G 200 Cal. I put a scoop of collgen protein in one and scoop of whey protein in the 2nd one, Add crushed ice and blend. Taste like a milk shake to me. Delish!

Seems a bit low. Not much there if you are having protein shakes.

I had surgery on Tuesday 2/23 and went back to work on Thursday 2/25. I also had a lapband that I've had for 15 years taken out in the same surgery. I have experienced zero pain since I left the hospital. -

Thanks for your input. I have resarched as I stated earlier. I was putting a topic out there that may need to be discussed by "strangers" on here as this could become more prevalent for many now and in the near future. Thanks again.

I am 63 so yes...I believe a qualify as an adult more so than many. From what I have read The Mayo Clinic says not to get the Vaccine immeaditely before surgery, so I should be good on that front. Still looking for answers to the question as to any discussion others may have had with their doctors. Thanks

THANKS! That is what I wanted to hear. My wife asked me to quit going to the gym several months ago. She said you re just getting bigger, which I was. I am glad I have some dded muscle in case of loss this first few weeks. Are you taking any supplements for the gym? -

Just checked my BP....104/72 HR 54. I have not had a pill today. -

Hey you look great and I hope to be about the same size. I can get back in the gym in 3 weeks. When you started back did you you hve to take it easy or were you getting after it? Looking forward to getting back in the gym. -

Thanks I am glad to hear this. Thanks again for sharing. I hope others will share their stories. I got really light hheaded the other day and checked my BP. it was 61/42! Wow I have never seen anything like that. Took a couple of hours to get back in the normal range. -
Yeah...Honestly I have been amazed at these first 10 days and how well the surgery went. I am looking forward to a great future! Good luck...You will be fine!

Glad you are doing well. It takes awhile for your bladder to wake up. I drank a ton of water, I was dehydrated, and was finally able to pee...I wanted to go home! Good luck!
